100% recommend these guys!
I’ve been taking my car here for the last 4 years and I 100% recommend these guys. One of the things I love most about them, is how transparent they are. As a female (who admittedly doesn’t know much about cars), bringing my car to a shop always stressed me out. My experiences at other shops weren’t the greatest - at other shops I felt like I didn’t receive much explanation, there was a lack of urgency, it was very pricey, and the mechanics seemed very pushy with me saying yes to everything. These guys at Our Planet are a class act. They’re not only super responsive and accommodating, but they’ve always been open and honest with legitimate safety concerns versus problems that should “probably” be fixed at some point. They’re all super friendly, prices are fair, work is good quality, they’re super knowledgable, the turnaround time is quick, and their communication from start to finish is excellent. It’s hard to find this type of service these days.
