Hip pain had gotten bad enough that I was limping by the end of the day. Saw a back pain specialist here who also looked at the hip, determined it was referred pain from my lumbar region and treated both. The injection in my lower back resolved most of the hip discomfort too. Wish I understood that connection sooner.
