I cannot say enough about Chris, the Service Manager, and his compassion and thoughtfulness. I stopped in at 4:10 in the afternoon. My trunk would not open, and my brake lights were out. I was panicked and very frazzled. What he didn't know initially was that my 5-month-old grandson had been life-flighted from Dothan to USA Children's and Women's Hospital 2 days before I stopped in. He was in the Pediatric Intensive Care. I was tired, worried, and fearful for my grandson, but also that it was so dangerous driving back and forth to the hospital without brake lights. The service area was busy, but Chris came out to my car and tried to fix it himself. He then told me that the latch needed replaced and he said he would take care of it and get me out of there by 5:00.
And he did! I got in my car to go back to the hospital, shed a few tears and thanked God for kind people like Chris! Thank you so much Chris!

Scheduling problems at the dealer and lack of availability of parts on hand complicated this issue. However th repairs were satisfacturily concluded.

They make oil changes to high and the cost of tires are to high Walmart will always be cheaper for replacing tires and I was about to get two tires for the same price and also I wasn't given a cheaper rate when I had a problem with my tires this will be my last time buying a vehicle from Hyundai once my car note is done
