Our car was not ready by the time that my car rental agreement had run it's full course of 30 days and left us without a car. We turned the rental in July 11. We were then told our car wouldn't be ready due a part delay but, everything should be ready by Mon July 13, leaving us the weekend without a car. Come Monday we were told that the car was scratched during the car wash procedure and now wouldn't be ready for several more days. When asked if we would receive a loaner the gentleman replied that the body shop doesn't give loaners. We placed a voicemail to Kal our salesman but didn't hear back. Being left afoot this long isn't satisfactory at all. This was my forth car to have purchased from Park Place. Charlie Jones
