I purchased my red BMW X6 in 2024, and the buying process was smooth and pressure-free. However, I did feel at times as though I was being looked down on, which was disappointing, especially as a Black man in this country. Despite that experience, I gave the vehicle a fair chance.
I test-drove it on city streets and the highway, and it performed exceptionally well. I could immediately tell the difference between this BMW and other BMWs I had test-driven. In fact, one of the other vehicles I tested even stopped on us after we got onto the highway, which made this X6 stand out even more.
Overall, I absolutely LOVE my car! This machine is a BEAST! I have driven it all the way from Seattle, Washington, to Phoenix, Arizona, and back, and it has never disappointed me. It has delivered the performance and reliability I was looking for.
Despite my mixed feelings about the customer experience, I am very happy with my purchase. I will definitely stop by again when I am ready to look for another vehicle. Hopefully, the customer service experience will be just as impressive as the car itself!
