The promptness of my service was great, because they got my car in and out the same day when they told me they may not get to it once I brought my car in . The only issue I see now is that the oil pressure light is going off Once in a while

Honest, Fair and Reasonable
I’ve taken my car to this shop for over 8 years now and keep going back because the staff is customer friendly and the work has been reliable. Most of the time the repairs are done right the first time. The few times there have been problems after driving my car away, they have been very responsive in making it right!!!

Fantastic service!!
I had been taking my vehicle for repairs to a certain Audi shop and their prices made me feel I was being taken advantage of as a woman. They would have my vehicle for days for something as small as an oil change.

When I started experiencing issues with my vehicle I didn’t want to take it back to them. The light said issues with my alternator so I was afraid it would cost a fortune.

I was referred to Parker Imports. I called and they told me to come right in. They diagnosed my car right away found out the issue was something else. They fixed it same day and I was back into my vehicle!!

The team is friendly, fast and efficient!!

Amazing Service!
We have been going to Parker imports for a very long time, and they have never failed to disappoint. They are honest, only suggest what is needed for your car, and are very quick to return your car. We will miss them when we move to Georgia. They provide the same services as a dealership and charge much less.

Friendly quick service
Dropped my car at 9 a.m. for an oil change. I waited for it in the lobby & by 10 it was all finished & I had a couple other issues which they addressed with answers! I’ve taken my care here for years & I’ve always gotten great service!
