Slow communication but friendly staff on purchase day
We had an odd experience in that during our experience we got switched to a new salesman part of the way through so communication was slow about where our car was and too many people were communicating with us that it made it confusing. However, the day we actually purchased our vehicle, Ernie was great, friendly, and super helpful. I think if we would have had one person the whole time it would have went a lot smoother.
