The only area for improvement is that there were greasy fingerprints left on the front grille, hood, and side fenders. In addition, the windshield washers were activated during the service, which caused streaks on both the front and rear windshields. I had just finished detailing the car before bringing it in, so that was disappointing—though I understand that testing the washers is likely part of your standard protocol.
Lastly, the service writer seemed slightly annoyed when explaining the different service intervals and what each one included.
