This visit we came in for an oil change. It was done quick. Parks Auto always does attention to detail and is very friendly.
We’ve been using Parks Auto for our car repairs for years. They are highly educated, very professional, explains everything in detail where someone who might not have mechanic background can understand. We recommend Parks Auto to everybody that we hear that is looking for car repair or maintenance. Thank you!

Fair, fast and thorough repairs.
I have always had Parks Auto take care of my cars. They have consistently been dependable and trustworthy. Josh and his team troubleshoot the problem quickly, let me know what needs to be done and what I should plan to have done in the future. No surprises. Breakdown on I 35!
Thanks to Josh and his team at Parks auto. I had some trouble on I 35 with overheating. I pulled off at the Elko exit and what a surprise Parks Auto was right there. I left my truck there as it was Saturday. I called them Monday morning and explained the situation. Josh was willing to help me out even though they had 50 cars ahead of me and they were booked out for a month. They fit me in between jobs and were able to get me back on the road in a very reasonable time.

Very positive auto repair experience
First time at Parks Auto - but came highly recommended by my daughter. I am very happy with the service. Josh and his team did an excellent job diagnosing and repairing my car. Josh called me up and discussed what he found making repairs after the discussion with my go ahead.

Best mechanic for females!
As a single female I have finally found an excellent mechanic that has never tried to rip me off! Parks has always done superior work on my car. And I’ve never found a mechanic that has better pricing. They are a win win situation all the way around!
