I took my Audi in on an insurance claim that ended up going south after they totaled ( cosmetic) my car. Fortunately I was working with Esa. This young lady is the best! She took such good care of me. Altho the party responsible insurance didn't pay for the repairs, Esa somehow gave me my car back in better shape than it came in.
