As the bolt turns
I'd been hearing a clunking sound from front end when going over bumps. Another shop quoted nearly $2,000 to replace both front struts and so on. This didn't jive with my way back memories of doing my own mechanical work so I brought my Highlander in for second look. Lo' and behold, a loose bolt! Tightened at no charge and back out again. Not only save a bunch of money but also helped restore my belief that honest shops still exist. Thanks again to Parry Motors.

Always so responsive, professional and friendly!
Chris, Corey and Ricki-Lynn are a true pleasure to work with. We wouldn't take our cars anywhere else for maintenance and repairs! My family has had their Toyotas and Subarus serviced here for years!

Inspection
They very promptly arranged for an inspection and diagnosed a concerning noise beneath the car free of charge even though they were aware the car was still under warranty and would go to the dealer for the service. They are always incredibly helpful and kind.

Never a complaint

Tire and Light repair
Able to get in quickly for an emergency tire issue and lighting problem, they worked on the car quickly and were able to get it done. Same day. This is the best automotive shop I’ve ever been to.
