Bad Work Ethics!
I brought my 2021 Chevy Suburban in for an oil change and asked them to check a front sensor issue, some dashboard messages and the captain’s chair that wasn’t unfolding properly. The front desk staff was professional, but the actual service was disappointing. They did the oil change but didn’t reset the oil life meter or provide a service sticker. My interior was left messy, including my rear all-weather mat being moved and not put back. Most concerning, they told me the sensor issue was fixed, but the same messages came right back as soon as I drove away. I later took it to Chevy and they properly diagnosed and fixed the sensor. Overall, I left feeling misled and let down by the lack of care and attention to detail, especially after paying for a service I expected to be professional
