Fast and friendly service!
The team at Pats was great. I walked in without an appointment for a state inspection. The service advisors and techs were very friendly and had me out within 20-30 minutes. I was thinking I would have to wait a few hours! That was my first time going to pats but I will be back after great service like that!

Another Great Job!
I called Pat's Auto and asked to make an appointment for inspection, oil change and check brakes on my vehicle and was told "no need to make an appointment for these services, just drop it off and we'll fit you in". But when I said it wouldn't be for a couple days, they created a ticket for me so that the staff would be on the look-out for my service needs. This was perfect!! I dropped my vehicle off and the work was done before the end of the day. The staff and mechanics are the BEST!

Here for you. Honest service.
Every year in NC vehicles must be inspected. I go to Pat's and get an oil change and tire rotation at the same time. It's good to get it handled and have all systems checked at the same time. Glad they are in business.
