I sent my 2015 GMC Acadia in for 3 things and the garage chose to do 1 and not finish the work that I wanted done.
The Arundel garage did not perform the work as I listed it. I wanted an oil change, tire balance and tire rotation. The mechanic decided that I did not need the tires rotated and balanced and the garage manager never alerted me ! Unacceptable!!!!
