While we were on a camping trip in the Saco, ME area, our truck wouldn't start.

helpful and realistic
I ran over something and my tire kept going flat. They were able to fit me in for a patch the same day I called. I had planned on using the day to get a oil change (before the tire issue) and they were able to add that on. Furthermore, when they noticed another issue with my car, the just informed me of a possible issue and didn't push me to fix it. I asked for a quote and they gave me a realistic option. I appreciate that they are helpful but not pushy.

Excellent Service with Expert Care
I am thrilled to have found Paulins Tire and Auto and only wish I had sooner. They took great care of my car troubles and included me in the process. They talked with me-not at me-when explaining the issues and how to repair. Their expert knowledge and top notch service was only outweighed by their kind and friendly customer service. Amazing!
Brought car in for check engine light and brakes for a Monday appointment.
Diagnostic completed in morning to be ignition coils causing misfire and front brakes needing replacement.
Cost mostly parts and definitely more reasonable than dealership. Gary presented situation and cost to me and after authorization of repairs , all was completed by the end of day
