Troubleshoot brake Master Cylinder
A few weeks ago I brought my Lexus in for a brake issue. The techs in the shop determined that the ABS pump had gone bad and replaced it. They also recommended that the Master Cylinder be replaced as well, since the brake system needed to be drained anyway. When I got the car back fromthe shop, I suspected that the pedal didn't feel right. When my wife and I returned from a camping trip in our motor home I took the car for a ride and the pedal still didn't feel right. So I called Jason, who said to bring it in. A few days later I received a call from Jason who said that the new Master Cylinder was bad, it was replaced under warranty, and the car was ready to pick up. At no cost! The car rides great and the brakes now work properly. Great job, guts!!
