Honest salesman
The salesman refused to sell me new tires and when he showed me the severely rusted frame, I understood why. I went in to have a valve stem replaced and check on new tires. The salesman blew my whole day and probably saved my life in the process. Very honest employees you have. Impressive...

Poor performance
I took my vehicle in for repairs expecting fair service, but unfortunately, I feel I was significantly overcharged. After comparing prices with other reputable shops and researching the cost of parts and labor, it’s clear that the total I was charged was far above the standard.

Not only were the prices inflated, but there was also little transparency in the breakdown of charges. I was not contacted for approval on additional work or cost increases, which is something any honest repair shop should do.

I regret trusting this business and will not be returning. I strongly advise others to get a second opinion before agreeing to any repairs here. There are plenty of other shops that provide quality service without taking advantage of their customers.

You were quoted and approved $1,314.15.  You demanded to only pay $1,000.00 after you approved over $1,300.  There was no additional work needed after you approved the job.
