Bought a second EV
When my 5-month old Hyundai Ionic5 was totaled by a distracted driver, I returned to my salesman, Zack Wessler, and ordered a replacement. He let me know the colors and delivery dates of the next ones he had on order and gave me first pick. When it arrived, he arranged for my original extended warranty premium to be prorated, saving me several thousand. The new Ionic5 is as good or better than the first one, and Zack calls to make sure I am happy with it.

Chad was very helpful with letting us know when the car we were looking at was available, for viewing and test drive. His knowledge of the hybrid was very helpful especially with all the safety option and blue link options.

Customer support at its best
I recently had the pleasure of having Venessa as my guide during my automobile shopping. Despite the pressures imposed by an economy that is totally upside-down Vanessa took the time to listed to my requirements and offered recommendations that met the needs of my wife and I. We weren't pressured into any purchases, we were offered the time to make an informed decision with Vanessa being available to clarify our questions. This experience concluded with us purchasing a vehicle tailored to our requirements. I would unequivocally recommend Venessa to anyone that is in the market to purchase a new vehicle.

Lied to and messed up credit
We were lied to by the sales guy about leasing a vehicle, (we went back to talk to them and they raise their MSRP so high that leases are more expensive than a purchase) when I only wanted a car for a couple years before trying for a hybrid again. They also put in 20 applications at many banks (most we've never heard about) and although our credit is average this dropped our credit 50 points. When asked about it they printed off a sheet about the APR we agree to to claiming that we signed that agreeing to allow them to run our credit as many times as possible to get the sale. DO NOT WORK WITH THEM IF YOU VALUE YOUR CREDIT AND WANT AN HONEST COMPANY.

Purchase of 2022 Hyundai Sante fe Hybrid Limited
I am pretty wary of buying a car from a dealership. Especially a brand new vehicle. My previous opinion of buying a car from a dealership was it was more painful than a molar removal without anesthesia.

These guys totally flipped that script. From the first phone call, from beginning to end my experience was fantastic. Kevin Thomas (AWESOME!!!!!) (Ask for him!) answered every question, every concern, he played zero games with us regarding the price. We were told what it was and that was it.

Another element of this purchase was we did it remotely. So that created some anxiety but in the end that was wasted energy. Calls were received. Paperwork emailed. Money sent. Absolutley painless transaction.

As I can't go any higher I'll have to settle for rating my experience a 10.

Happy with everyone at Phil Long. Great staff!

Happy with the car (2022 Hyundai Sante Fe Hybrid / Limited) This is an amazing vehicle.
