Drove my truck to them because break was sticking some. Had them do a diagnostic on the breaks. Manager Alan said my break master cylinder is bad okay. Then he says my break booster is bad okay. Then he says my abs system is bad and he is wasting his time working on it he is loosing money. Hmmmm I don understand. Can you fix it. He said give him some time. A month sitting in the same place behind his shop doing nothing to it. Doesn’t respond to my text for that time to see where there at. Finally he sent me a text. It be best to come pick your truck up. I said it’s fixed. He responds we put all parts in correctly. I said cool then breaks are all good. He said it is acting strange that he suggested for me to tow it to the dealership. That’s best. I said I thought you couldn’t fix it. He said no we just told you about it. Dealership has to program it. I said you said the abs system had codes popping up that to give you time. I noticed the truck never moved since my last visit when you told me it was the abs system. And to give you some time to fix it. He said no we didn’t say we could. I drove my truck there no problem . A 100$ tow fee and my truck isn’t fixed . $715 dollars for what ? Labor for a unfinished job. I would not have had them work on my truck if they gave me a true diagnostic! If the abs system is throwing a code and they knew that . Then they knew they couldn’t fix it. I’m pretty sure they replaced parts that didn’t need to be replaced. This is why I said before you work on it give me a diagnostic so I can make a decision on if I want them to work on it. Usually you sign an agreement form stating them to be approved to work on it. No form. I had to pay it or they would put a mechanics lean on my trucks title that’s how shops get your car. I also asked him for the owners name and number as well as there district mangers name number or email. He said he didn’t know it. They just been bought out by piston. I went to another location as well and didn’t want to give me the info. Either. This is so messed up $815 later do not trust this business they are not professional enough to be honest with you or open. If the owners gets this please contact me . Regards. Totally screwed with out even a kiss first.
