A brake problem revealed a silver lining when AAA directed us to Platinum. Website research revealed ALL 5 Star Reviews. From the first phone call with Bill to vehicle pick we received gold star communication. We added the "Spring Cleaning Special" and addressed all maintenance issues. Vinny's comprehensive technical notes are on file and Platinum is our team going forward. Highly Recommend this professional and expert team service!

Preinspection car purchase
I spent Just under 100 w my triple A discount to get a preinspection on a car. The amount of time and labor Tom and Bill put in to advise me on fixes (minor) during negotiations and after was invaluable! Also just the fact that they explained the Telemetricks report. Contemplating timing service when shopping in Hyannis so they can work on the new car!

I took advantage of the SPRING Special service. I feel very comfortable & confident my car was checked from top to bottom. Is SAFE & new oil. Summer & Inspection ready. My car looks Brand New after the wash & vac... It makes me feel so good to know the Platinum Team goes the extra mile & is so diligent in keeping the customer informed on what needs attention right NOW & what to keep an eye on.
