SCAM! Stay Away!
WARNING: DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE.

This shop is a complete scam and a total nightmare. We brought our car in when it wouldn’t start, and they told us the alternator needed to be replaced for about $400. We agreed, but when we came to pick it up the next day, the car still wouldn’t start. Then they claimed the starter was bad too, so we paid them to replace that.

Not long after, the car started having serious electrical issues. When we called, they admitted the alternator they put in might be faulty, so they told us to bring it back. They replaced it—but then forced us to pay for the new part again!

Fast forward two years, the car broke down in a dangerous way—30 warning lights lit up, power steering failed, the whole system went crazy. We took it to Honda for a proper inspection, and the technician immediately spotted the damage caused by this shop’s sloppy, unprofessional work:

Wrong voltage alternator installed

Missing battery mounting hardware

Missing heat shield

Battery connectors stretched and forced to fit

Potential permanent damage to the car

All of this is directly because of the hack job they did.

When I called and spoke with Christian at the shop to try to resolve this, he was incredibly rude, refused to let me speak with the owner, refused to give me their insurance info, and wouldn’t even tell me the exact part they installed—despite the fact that I literally have the part in my hand.

This place is dishonest, unprofessional, and dangerous. They’ll happily take your money, damage your car, and then treat you like garbage when you ask for accountability.

Stay far, far away from this shop unless you want to throw away thousands of dollars and risk ruining your vehicle.
