Excellent service
In a panic today driving home on the highway as my car was leaking water/fluid inside the car. Brought to Point 2 Point and was immediately greeted and asked what was going on. Jimmy right away had an idea of the problem based on my description and I left the car as I had another appointment to go to. Called a short time later that they had found and fixed the problem. Super easy process, super friendly staff and honest.

The lady at the counter was very nice
Way too expensive, charging me about $1,324.52 in parts and ($256.50 ) in labor (not bad)when I just spent less than $250 on the same parts soon as I got out of there. Bought a few tools to do the job my self so I only spent $300 on everything I needed it and more. I went there because it had good reviews but the prices are nuts. Never going back.

We regret to hear about your experience with our pricing. Your feedback is valuable and will help us improve our services going forward.  The quote we gave you was for replacing the vapor canister vent solenoid, the vapor canister, the power steering pressure hose, and a banjo fitting.  All the parts we quoted you are new and come with a 24 month/24000 mile warranty on parts and labor nationwide at any Napa Auto Care Center.  Therefore, the prices you have mentioned above are not correct and they cannot be purchased for that amount. It seems you are looking for a cheap back yard mechanic , which we are not. We have highly trained technicians with years of experience as well as up to date state of the art computers, machines and tools to diagnose and complete most if not all jobs with the utmost knowledge and quality parts as well as a comprehensive warranty policy.

Vehicle damage
My wife went to Point to Point in McDonough to get an oil change, Chrissy is always polite and courteous. The service was excellent, but after she arrive at home I checked the oil level and then noticed that the vehicle had scratches on the front quarter panel and hood. The Rims had scratches, this is the 2nd vehicle I have had damage done to. Going see the manager in the morning.
