PONS replaced the rear bumper of my 2012 Honda Civic and worked with me to minimize the inconvenience of not having a car. When I picked up the car it looked brand new, they even smoothed out some normal wear and tear damage from driving on Pittsburgh roads. It is extremely rare these days to find a business that is honest, reasonably priced and goes out of their way to exceed customer expectations. Pons rocks!
