We have trusted Ponte’s for 20 years. We recommend their services to those who ask for a recommendation. Nice to see their lot is almost always full. I think that presents some challenges. Our 3rd car overheated and wasn’t safe to drive. We dropped the car off at Pontes. They told us it might take some time. It did but the price, advice and service quality smoothed the waiting. No hesitation in going back.

overall experience was wonderful
took car in for oil change and tire rotation for the normal check up .
They changed the oil and decided the tires didn't need to be rotated because the tread was better where they were.
they also promised a time to be finished it was done and ready to be picked up prior to that time
