My vehicle was towed to their shop when it broke down on the interstate on a major holiday weekend. Potter Repair was able to order and receive the part on the same day. They repaired my vehicle in a timely manner for a good price and had good communication with me about the progress on my vehicle. Overall I am satisfied and if I lived closer I would visit their friendly shop for all of my repairs.
