We brought our 2018 Allegro Tiffin in to Poulsbo Mount Vernon 2 months ago. Mackala told us the parts to fix the back up camera had been ordered through Tiffin but we're on back order. I called Tiffin today and they were fed eyed out on June 30, 2025. They didn't fix it because we had also asked about wiper blades. When I called her she said the wiper blades weren't in. In the past they have had them in stock. Even if they were out a phone call letting us know that and proceed with the back up camera. I know it's been raining so much lately and what in the world would we do without new wiper blades! Let's just forget about the best month of the year to go camping because no new blades!. Is she stupid or what? Doesn't really care because after all it's not her motorhome and she isn't giving up camping! Who wants to go when it's nice out! Why don't we wait until November and hike and lay out in the rain! Even a outdoor BBQ is better with rain all over it!. YOU NEED TO FIND A SMARTEE EMPLOYEE. A I AM SORRY FRON SOME LAME PERSON THERE WOULD BE NICE!
