Very accommodating to get my vehicle appointment
My truck quit on a Saturday and when I called they got it in the next week. Many places are weeks to get your vehicle looked at.

Truck had loss of power
Problem was fixed in a timely manner..was able to talk to technician when I picked up the truck and was given detailed information about work performed.

Poor customer service
I have been going to precision automotive for many years with nothing but positive things to say, but today that ended.
The owner son was so rude to me so arrogant and acted so entitled that I just cannot see myself going back there and spending more money, especially when there is a plethora of other mechanics in Boise who have far better customer service and treat the customer with more dignity and respect.
I am sad to say that my customer service ends today with precision automotive

Oil leak or What❣️❣️❣️
I was referred to Precision Automotive from an employee named Erik from Les Schwab for what I thought was an oil leak. But as an adult female of 75 years - What do I know about cars❗️
Made an appointment to take my car in and met 3 Precious Angels .. Mother ,Daughter and Son… They fixed my vehicle and I got to visit with the precious ladies while he worked away outsiide❗️
When all was done and presented with the bill -( of someone living on a fixed income and trusting GOD for everything!) I was Thinking it was going to be at least $1000 or more — It was only $117.00! NOW I KNOW THIS WONT HAPPEN FOR EVERYONE! Different circumstances - But I was just so Blessed with every friendly gesture ( StellaJane my little Pom -loved her treat too) QUALITY WORK - Caring atttutudes ( listening to my gibber grabber) This is the place to take your vehicles for ANYTHING! even if it’s just to stop in and say hi❗️I KNOW I WILL… may the Lord Bless them In the Name of JESUS ❤️‼️
