Everyone at Precision Automotive was so impressive from the minute I was greeted at the door! After asking me to describe the car’s problem, JD thoroughly explained the possibilities of what could be wrong with my “sick” a/c, as well as the steps and cost of repairs from the least likely to the most likely scenario. JD and Martin were each courteous and respectful in answering all my questions, and gave me a ride back and forth to my home. Their paperwork was clear and concise regarding their work and charges, and they even asked if I would return in a week so that they could make sure everything was working as they intended. I feel as if I were charged fairly, and would not hesitate to return to them for any vehicle issue in the future. I highly recommend them!

Garbage tbh took 6 days for a diagnosis???
these excuse of car people failed to deal with 2001 cavalier that had some lights come on and well 6 days 200$ and they havent told me a thing :). Well more context is needed I dropped my car off on 11/4/2020 and needed it ready by 11/10/2020 by the end of the day was called the next day saying we need more money to figure it out whatever I guess its a old car no big deal just not spending a fortune on a old car. So i wait a few days 11/9/2020 to be exact and they still don't have a diagnosis????? Like really ok whatever I guess. Then I call them today and was talked to like a toddler and then I was rude back and told them I need my car fixed today and u have wasted 6 days of my time. Picking it up at 4pm :) will update with how they handled it. Save urself the time and go ANYWHERE else they are just incompetent is my conclusion so.

I HAVE TAKEN MY CAR(S) TO PRECISION AUTOMOTIVE FOR YEARS AND ALWAYS BEEN SATISFIED WITH THEIR WORK. I WOULDN'T TAKE MY CAR ANY WHERE ELSE. I TRUST THEM 100%. WHEN YOU CAN FIND A GOOD AND HONEST MECHANIC, IT'S LIKE FINDING GOLD. THEY TREAT YOUR CAR LIKE IT'S THEIR OWN. THAT SAYS EVERYTHING.
Emergency Situation was handled with the highest customer service
My wife and I travel 100% to our work assignment. So, if we have car problem; I usually take the vehicle to the dealership in the area. Because I don't know who to trust to do the job accordingly to GM specification. We broke down in Paris, TX on a Thursday, January 10th ; I immediately called a GMC dealer service representative (Austin) to explain the emergency situation. We needed to travel 560 miles to our next job assignment on Monday, January 14, 2019 (no exception). The dealer service rep said they can do the job and have us back on the road to meet our destination. The vehicle dashboard warning alert read: Low oil pressure, stop engine. I towed the vehicle to the dealership on the 10th; they did not do anything to the vehicle on the 10th or the 11th, not even a diagnostic check. Which would have let the dealer know what work needed to be done. When arriving at the dealership service department, I talk with the technician who were assign to work on the vehicle repairs. He stated that there is no way the shop will be able to get the work done.
