The owners, who I believe are a husband-and-wife team, struck me as cold and unapproachable in their manner. A warmer, more respectful approach—especially with new patients—would go a long way toward improving patient trust and comfort.
I also couldn’t help but notice the building’s exterior, which unfortunately gives off a somber, almost funeral-home-like appearance—not the most welcoming first impression.
After about ten minutes, I chose to leave. Given my experience and similar feedback from others, I cannot recommend this practice. I would strongly advise exploring other options for dental care.
