"Not sure if it's still available", "Can't find the keys", "looking for the car on the lot"....then when it's finally pulled around: "Sorry, it just sold". A manager told us to take our business elsewhere when it was clear we saw through their games. Perfect opportunity to turn around a negative customer experience and maybe even make a sale, but instead proved our suspicions were correct. It's a weird place. Stay away.
