Do not trust this dealership!
They lie to you on the phone! I made an appt 2 weeks in advance and was told I could get a loaner car. I described in detail what was wrong with my vehicle. I even sent an email. Nobody even has the decency to get back to you. I arrived the morning of my appt and was told I could not get a loaner car, they wanted to charge me $275 an hour to look at the car when I already told them exactly what was wrong even giving them the codes. The manager Ernest was a complete joke and tries to talk down to you but do not fall for the bs. He had the intelligence level of a 5 yr old.This is exactly why I do not go to the dealer anymore for any work to be done on my car. This was a recall issue.
