Fixed a problem I didn’t know I had, but not what I was there for
I brought my car in for tires and to fix the grinding noise coming from the rear. They told me my suspension was so bad that they couldn’t even look for the grinding until that was fixed. They did $700 of repairs on my suspension, but not the grinding noise. I brought the car back immediately only to be told that there are a bunch of other problems with the car, that the grinding wasn’t a big deal, and to come back when it got worse.
