poor service/comunication
took more than 4 months to build short block, lost money reordering pistons because they got the bore size wrong, and after I installed engine the rear main seal began leaking badly, I removed crankshaft to replace rear main seal my self and discovered three heavily scored rod and main bearings and a pan full of metal sludge ,only had 2 miles on engine...I wouldn't let them rebuild my lawn mower...gave one star because I couldn't leave zero...
