Lil Timmy decided it was a good idea to get in a customers face and try to intimidate them over a NYS vehicle inspection. Customer paid for NYS inspection and was leaving the shop without issue, when Tim (owner), chased the customer down in the parking lot, followed by his tire changers. Tim proceeded to grab the vehicle window frame in an attempt to intimidate and start a fight because his fragile ego was hurt. Lil sensitive there bud? Customer refused to engage with Tim, fighting with an over zealous idiot is a waste of time and freedom. He is a dishonest scammer with ego and anger issues. Would NOT recommend taking your vehicle there, or even a tricycle. They also removed a wheel from the vehicle and left some of the lug nuts loose. Very sloppy and incompetent work.
