Best service in the east!!
A GO TO PLASCE!!! Work was installation of a suspension upgrade. Jay, knowledgeable in the modification, took the lead in getting all the parts. Installation was flawless.
Cost was less than expected based on like experiences of other like vehicle owners. As usual, max transparency = all work with no pressure for upcharges on stuff not needed and job finished with easily understood full invoice with a staff full of smiles. So pleased with Progressive Auto &Tire that I'm going back for a fuel tank modification.

AC Repair
My Ford E150’s AC had not worked for some time, and I was afraid to get the estimate. It was all good news today; the appointment was for an estimate only, but it was only low on coolant with a slow leak in the charge port. They got it all fixed today for less than I expected the repair to cost.

My sons and I go to Progressive because they are professional, efficient, honest and smile a lot. Appointment for inspection was V easy to get. Check in also easy with friendly, smiling folks. Vehicle into the shop right on time and completed quickly. And all without any hassle of trying to sell me something I did not want/need... Integrity appreciated = makes me a return customer.
