I had a positive experience at Purfect Auto. There prices are comparable and there services is superb
I usually go here for my oil change and any car services. Their front desk person is always very courteous and they tell you what’s needed and don’t try to scam you for services that’s not required. There prices are very reasonable too as compared to other places but they are more trustworthy here.I highly recommend them.

Very helpful and knowledgeable!
I just randomly walked into this place looking for an oil change and was very pleasantly surprised with the amount of customer service and expertise. I would definitely recommend these people to anyone and everyone I know they were very helpful respect, respectful, kind, caring, understandable, and obviously had expertise when it came to automotive concerns.

Quick and smooth oil change
Dropped my car off for an oil change at 9:15am on a Monday, and had it ready at 10:15am. David was fantastic and sent me a photo of something minor he found in my car, and gave me an honest appraisal/opinion without upselling. Definitely appreciate the entire experience and I'm glad this will be my shop from now on.

Not the same as before
Took our corola since tge check engine light was on, we were charged around $1700, had to take it back again since the check engine was still on. They couldn't figure out the issue. Guess what, the check engine light is still on.
They used to be good and caring. This experience was not at all the same...

Excellent shop - walk in for brake/rotor repair
Car was making squeaks when braking. Purrfect Auto was recommended by a family member so I thought I'd try them out. I needed it fixed same day and its also a bonus that they are walking distance for me. I basically drove up around 11 on a Friday and asked if they could do the job. David is extremely friendly and honest. Showed pictures of the issue with recommendations on what to do. They don't upsell on needless things just for money like dealerships and I felt they only recommended and charged for what was needed for the job. Nothing more nothing less.

Will probably return for various maintenance as finding an honest shop is very difficult.
