Diagnosed Oil Pressure and Timing
Very professional, listened carefully to my explanation of what the car was doing and offered helpful suggestions on what might be the cause and what to do next. They were able to verify that low oil pressure was not the cause of the timing error codes and provided an estimate of what was needed to repair the engine. Ralph was especially helpful in reviewing information I emailed him.

Second time I’ve been here and can’t tout them enough. Ralph Martinez (service Advisor ) walked me through the process taking the time to make sure he got all the information needle and walked me through step by step. Mike one of the techs found a big problem the last shop overlooked. Treated me right.

Ya know?
Sometimes we need to realize...
The only really bad problems are the ones we can't fix.
Fortunately those are few and far in between.
These guys have integrity, loyalty and aren't afraid to step up to the plate and fix multiple issues on a vehicle.
Knowing there can be multiple issues on any machine. I understand there might be return fixes. (I'm a tech on much larger machines)
So...
Fixes aren't always immediate. They may may even be few?
But...
Keep in mind, these guys are on your side.

Thorough inspection, and quality work
I brought my car in for an alignment and new tires, knowing it wasnt in great shape underneath, and they did a thorough inspection. They were able to describe all the problems to me, and how it affected my safety and my families safety as well. They were able to get the service done promptly, and at a reasonable price, not the cheapest, not the most expensive, but definitely best quality of the many shops ive used in the area over the years.
