Excellent customer service!
Brought in for “rear brakes “ needing replacement per another mechanic where I’d had our oil changed 2 days prior. This business is professional and friendly. They got me an appointment within 2 days, assessed the complaint and did not need brakes replaced. They corrected a few other things and now my car drives perfect! Smooth, breaks fine. Highly recommend!

Quick, Friendly, and Customer Focused
I towed my car to Quality in a pinch to get fixed after two other places told me they couldn’t even look at it for 3+ weeks. I spoke with Dale throughout the day. He was friendly, informative, and kept in contact with me. Quality was able to fix my vehicle same day. I am so grateful for their services!

Warning light indicating an issue with the brakes.
I'm not a mechanic so when a warning light appeared on the dash display indicating brakes safety issue, I took it tio Quality Brakes. So glad that I did! They took care of the brakes and so much more that an older car needs after 20 yrs. Five star rating for professional service, for providing progress updates, accommodating with transportation, resolving unrelated issues. They genuinely strive to give their customers their best service. I highly recommend Quality Brakes & Alignment. They are trust worthy and very reasonable cost. wisewise. All around a great company, great staff and great service. Extremely pleased!

Alignment with since extra advice
Stopped in to schedule an alignment while chasing some Gremlins for a shaking issue on the right front.
Mechanic took the time to talk to me about the issue and suggested some solutions that had nothing to do with making them money.
Class act, given most shops just try to get you to spend more money so they can cash in.
Highly recommend and will be a customer moving forward!
