I had my timing chain replaced in August 2021. Three months later, the chain snapped while I was driving 60 on the highway. Their warranty covered the timing chain, but there was further engine damage. They told me that my engine was out of oil (it wasn't even due for a change yet), but they wouldn't provide me with any photos or evidence upon request. My car has no oil leaks and has run well over three months previously without significant oil loss. They only have one loaner car that wasn't available. My car has been in their shop for over two months, and they refuse to cover repair costs from their own shoddy work. They've also never taken a moment to contact me about anything excluding one phone call from the owner Kent after I said I'd be filing a claim.
TL;DR: They've refused to repair my engine from damage caused by their previous work. My car has been in their shop since before Thanksgiving 2021 and it's now February 2, 2022.
