I had the most horrible experience today I called Quality tire and asked the lady that answered the phone if I had my own tires how much it would be to have all 4 of them put in my car. She first tells me 10 dollars I said ma'am that doesn't sound right can you please ask someone to make sure before I send my son up there. She then returns to the phone and say sorry I have to update my prices it's 30 dollars. I had gotten a quote from munford tire for the same amount but I preferred to use quality instead. My son gets there they do the work and quoted him 50 dollars which was 20 dollars a tire more than I was quoted over the phone..I tried to explain to another lady on the phone that I was quoted 30 dollars she proceeded to tell me that she heard the lady quote me 50 when she never mentioned 50 dollars once. That's sad that this lady just lied and wouldn't own up to it and honor the price she gave me over the phone. This was bad business and was horrible customer service. Please have someone that knows the prices before they quote someone answering your phone..I ended up paying 94 dollars more than what I could've paid had I went to munford tire. You have lost me as a customer due to this inexperienced person you have answering your phone..
