Very disappointing. My family has been with quirk Subaru for many years. At a time when interest rates were high Tom (manager) talked me into leasing an ascent. I explained I drive a high amount of miles and he said it's not a big deal bc the value will balance out the miles. (Have these in emails w the sales person Tim) When it was time to trade my car in for a new one, I started 6 months before my car was up for lease. He said the car payment would jump another $357 due to adding the miles on the new car. He would only credit me $2000 for miles. And then adding $7000 to the new car. They wouldn't help. He began to text me in November asking me to trade or upgrade my car. At this point I was already lied to and disappointed in the dealership. In the end the car does not balance out. I was left with paying $7300, no one from Subaru would help me. I had to eat the miles and went to a different dealership to buy a car outright.. Do not buy or especially lease if you go over miles. You will end up paying so much more and get screwed.
