Out of the box thinking
I took my vehicle for brakes and a gas tank strap. It was discovered that the mount for the strap had broken off and was beyond repair. Caitlyn did some research and found Dodge had extended the warranty on the strap and I could take it to a RAM dealer for repair, free of charge. Definitely take all your auto repair needs to R&G. You will definitely be pleased.

2012 Forester
I took my Subaru in with three issues and they quickly diagnosed the problems. They gave me a call to let me know what the issues were and also gave me a price and estimated time to get the parts. The parts came in the next day and they got everything installed and it was ready before I got out of work. Issues were an air-conditioning leak, driveshaft joint and power window motor.

I did the walk of shame. R&G fixed my problem with a gallon of anti-freeze. No I didn’t check it first, but they have the integrity and honesty to just do what is needed.(some don’t) thanks to Catlin and Mitch and the crew.

Great service
Went in for an inspection and they found an issue with a tire, that we never would have found until it let us down. They were able to get everything fixed all in the same day.
