Return Service solved my problem
R&G stepped forward to resolve my oil leak issue after a recent oil change. It was a minor inconvenience and they even provided me with a problem to clean up a small oil spill in my driveway. R&G has been my go to place for a long time. It's nice to get personal attention and followup service if and when necessary. Thanks R&G.

Oil leak after my Oil Change
Oil Change on Thursday, car is now leaking Oil on Friday. Will come back on Monday to fix my oil leak. Very surprised as my prolior service has always been outstanding.

We found the newly installed drain plug crush washer did not "crush" as designed and allowed the oil drain plug ot leak oil.  Steve was nice engough to bring the car in 1st thing Monday morning for us to replace the faulty drain plug washer and recheck there were no further leaks.
