Repair that kept growing
Basically my $1200 service (200k mole service) turned into a $3100 service/repair. Under normal circumstances you would think the mechanic is taking you for whatever he can get out of you. Not at R&W. Every issue was explained in detail and was legit for my car and mileage...and optional if I desire not to proceed. But R&W will always let you know when your vehicle has an issue that can cause a safety incident or leave you stranded. That is why I've been a customer for 25 years.
