A Great Experience
An 82 yo woman traveling alone on a holiday weekend and has a car problem. This is not a good thought but in my case God took me in the direction of a great repair shop. Everyone treated me with respect and caring. They made me comfortable and talked to my family while waiting for them to pick me up - 2 1/2 hours. The mechanics were awesome. They found the problem and called me as promised when they got the parts and repaired. I am singing their praises. I found a great group that were not only caring but HONEST. I couldn’t have been treated better. I drove the car home and drive to work daily. Purrs like a new one. Thank you for everything - you all are the BEST!!!

Great!!!
This is one of THE best or actually THE best place to take a vehicle. The only and I do mean only thing I can say bad is they are very difficult to reach for some reason. Their number 3369731010 is almost always full. It don't even ring and a lady comes on says mailbox is full and it hangs up. So yeah it's a little aggravating trying to get in touch with the shop period.

Transmission rebuilt
They had tranny rebuilt from clutch servo failure in Mooresville and r&r'd it in summer 2019 in 2011 Malibu. It's been 10,000 miles and has been working great since. Price was about par.

Great service at great prices! I'll only be using R&D in the future
R&D is the only place I'll be taking my vehicles to in the future! The customer service is impeccable and their prices are the best in town!

I have been a customer for over 10 years. I have always been treated with kindness and respect. Sarah Harris is one of the owners and managers. She is very knowledgeable and professional. Never had any problems with repairs. Mechanics are top notch. Would recommend this business to anyone.

Awesome Service
The mechanics were very knowledgeable at working on the ?’s!!! Prices are very fair and staff is very friendly and accommodating!!! Go see Sarah and the staff at r&d auto repair!!!!!

Always satisfied
When I call or go in with a Mechanical problem I am greeted with kindness and professionalism. The people are always willing to listen no matter how busy. They are always busy because they offer so many different services. Tire service, mechanical service, oil change, they carry awesome batteries Interstate is what I trust an alignment if I remember correctly. I have been going there for several years when I found myself with a broke down car and stranded. I was new to area at the time. Felt Blessed to have found such a honest company to fix my car. I would recommend this company.
