Spoke with Mark. They didn't know what was wrong with it. They had to get the police involved because they weren't sure where the vehicle was. The vehicle sat for 4-5 months without any service. They wanted to charge him a lot while his father was sick, then they brought it down to 1000 to get it out of there.
