The unexpected!
I noticed when I reviewed the invoice at home, there is a concen I observed.The previous year the oil change used Synthetic engine oil which has always been my preference. This year the invoice says Synthetic Blend oil. I left a Ford dealership years ago because of the use of blended oils. Did not expect this from Cooper's service garage. Otherwise I am satisfied with the work. PS: Previous years I received reminders but nothing this year. Was i lost in the move?
