My name is Mark Dawson. A friend, Randy Faulk, recommended Racetrack Auto, as I just relocated here. I have had two services totalling around $1300.

Most recently, I asked for the GM's/Owners contact information and was informed by staff that they cannot provide that information....Staff asked me: "What, do you want to complain about something?"
I didn't respond, as I wanted to speak to a manager....

My two business transactions may not be important to the office staff/ tech
servicing my vehicle, however it is
important to me.
I would greatly appreciate being contacted by the proprietor.

Great Service Friendly Staff
Their mechanics alerted me of some important maintenance issues....one was a cracked serpentine belt and they ordered and replaced the belt the very next day...squeezing me in their already busy schedule. Now you can't get any better service than that. Many thanks to the Racetrack folks!!

Didn't do what I asked for
Scheduled an oil change and waited for that to be due to address my tire issue which were put on by race track on 589 spoke with Michelle in depth on the situation and she told me it sounded like a balancing problem and they would check the bouncing when they rotated my tires at my oil change. When I got there and I asked for an appointment first thing because I have a busy schedule and have to wait for my car. There was nothing written on my ticket about when I spoke with Michelle. I again spoke with Michelle prior to my appointment and asked if she remembered me in the situation if she got my records from the other racetrack she informed me that oh yes they're in the computer and I went over briefly again my situation she jotted a few things down on the work order and I also told her that the sensor wasn't working on one of the tires could they fix that while it was off as well no problem.... When my car was done the mechanic was very nice and explained everything to me but he did not replace the sensor because it was not put on the work order and he did not check the balancing of the tires because it was not put on the work order. So needless to say I am very unhappy I express to Michelle I had left racetrack on 589 due to inadequacy and came to them and this is what I received I'm extremely disappointed and I have to make another appointment to go back to have the bouncing in the sensor replaced.. I know Michelle was not feeling well that morning I spoke with her and I understand everybody has a bad day but it was at my expense.

Greasy hand prints everywhere again
Second time I've had to clean the car when picking up. Grease handprints on the door inside and out, on the hood and side quarter panel, steering wheel, gear shifter, etc.
