Reliable but inconvenient service
With appointment, R A&T started service on time at 8 AM for oil change. However, with suggested replacement of air filters, it took over 2 hours. Not convenient. They noted that it would be an extra 10 minutes to obtain a cabin filter, which actually was more like 30 minutes. Next time I will buy the filter myself as it is not hard to replace.
