routine maintenance 1174.00 270.00 6300.00 You be the judge
Took my car into Ragan auto for routine maintenance to keep up with my warranty. Left him a list. My son picked the car up. When he got it home said it was revving and jerking. He also stated the oil dip stick was shaved off. He thinks when they put the motor cover back on they didn't put the dip stick through the hole and when the hood was closed it shaved it off. I immediately called Matt. He said he thought it was sensor he would order the dip stick and sensor and when the part came in to bring it back. I took it back. I paid 270.00 and picked it up. Next morning the light on the dash came on. I called them ( I was in town) he said to bring it over. A different mechanic (not Matt) checked it and said it was a torque converter. I went into the office and spoke to Brian the owner and the mechanic that put the scope on my car. I asked if I could drive it The mechanic in said I could in fact the light was cleared. They would call my warranty company get the ok and they would call me to bring it back. They called my warranty company and since I drove it after the light came on they won't cover it. But if I wanted to give them 6300.00 they would fix my transmission. I asked for a letter stating they told me I could drive the car (since they are the professionals) and the owner Brian said he wouldn't give me anything that would incriminate him and when was I going to move my car?

Apparently likes to take advantage of disabled veterans???
Broke down in Muskogee, called wrecker, heard good things from co-worker (???‍♂️)...should have known...he ain’t got a clue about vehicles since his mighty Ram sounds like a crackhead on a typewriter idling.... only a specific wrecker company can drop cars off to them. Morgan Towing NOT allowed on their premises. After car set in same spot for 3 damn days get a call. First car part (throttle chamber complete and factory new just old stock) that’s average $50 on eBay they say “$345” ? 4 bolts up front easy to get to....then this sensor that sensor...etc. All in all what was a $200 fix I just wound up doing myself. These fleecing douchebags wanted OVER $1,000 to do. Pathetic pieces of monkey shit. These kind are infested in this town and area. Fly by night shade tree mechanics. Here’s your rating ?????...in stereo straight from the heart.
